SOLD... Anne Kenny "Industrial Quilt" at Art Up Front Street

We always love a "sold" sign... but more than that we love it when art speaks to people. There is so much about Anne's work that sparks intrigue to others.... her past in textile design, her love of the early history of the mills in New England, her use of unlikely materials (ask her about her collections!) and her up-cycled sometimes vintage computer circuitry. Yesterday, this lovely piece went to a new home. Thank you, "R", for stopping in. To read more about Anne, check out her website http://www.industrialquilts.com/

Art Up Front Street... We love Laura's Color

So fresh and summery... Artful Harper Studios (aka Laura Harper-Lake) is always experimenting in her studio. This little expression is so fluid and light. A collection of these small prints are in an "aquarium" in the front gallery. Perfect for a little gift card or "thank you".
